Pohutukawa is the most loved flowering tree of New Zealand. The dome shaped tree can be seen everywhere in New Zealand and can survive in most soil condition.

The tree bears red coloured flowers which blooms during the summer just in time for Kiwi Christmas, thus becoming New Zealand’s Christmas Tree.
