In December 2013, PinoyStop has celebrated its 1^st year anniversary and initiated a Poster Making Competition. This competition aims to promote our Filipino culture and heritage to Filipino youths in Wellington by engaging them to express their creativity through poster-making.

We have received an overwhelming support and the competition was a great success.  The kids became more in-touch with their roots.

Public voting was closed at 3pm, 4th January 2014 and below is the Official result:

Grand Prize winners:
1st – Joaquin Ramos (655 votes)
2nd – Aubrey Raga (604 votes)
3rd – Jo-Lo Ballesteros (601 votes)

We have also picked two winners – Early bird and the artwork that used the most unique art media.

Thank you all for your overwhelming support to make this competition a great success!

Special thanks to all the kids who participated and submitted their entries. You all have done an excellent job in promoting the Filipino culture here in New Zealand. You are all winners! Thanks to the parents for all your support.
