Terms of Services – Publishing Events
All services provided by Pinoy Stop (“Pinoy Stop”) may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any New Zealand law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pinoy Stop from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
Prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to Pinoy Stop’ servers, or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

NOTICE: IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS FOUND TO CONTAIN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, ILLEGAL MP3 FILES, PIRATED SOFTWARE, HACKER PROGRAMS, WAREZ PROGRAMS, OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL FILES, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT NOTICE, AND A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY AS APPROPRIATE. ADDITIONALLY, Pinoy Stop WILL NOTIFY THE PROPER AUTHORITIES OF YOUR ACTIONS.
refusal of service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion.
cancellation and postponements
If you choose to post your event with Pinoy Stop, you shall be responsible for the data (i.e. date, time, venue) of you event. It is your responsibility to advise us of any changes, cancellations, and/or postponements and we shall endeavor to update our website accordingly. We shall not be held liable for any delay in posting the changes and for any damages that may be incurred by the delay.
service fees
Pinoy Stop services (i.e. events posting) are for FREE. We do not authorise any individual or agent to collect fees for our services.
limitation of liability
Pinoy Stop shall endeavor to provide accurate data and shall do so to the best of our ability and resources. Pinoy Stop shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from Pinoy Stop’s data being inaccurate for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, Pinoy Stop shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from inaccurate data posted in Pinoy Stop website. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.
violations
Violations of these Acceptable User Policies should be referred to pinoystop@yahoo.com. All complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to comply with any terms or conditions will be grounds for immediate removal of the event listing or any material related to the violation.
disclaimer
Pinoy Stop cannot be held liable for any data provided. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if the data were accurate. We reserve the right to remove any account, without advance notice for any reason without restitution, as Pinoy Stop sees fit.
server uptime guarantee
Pinoy Stop relies on third party provider to keep our website up. We shall not be liable for the third party downtime which may make our website inaccessible and our date inaccurate and outdated. We shall not be liable for any damages that may result directly or indirectly by server downtimes.
