TODAY IN PHILIPPINE HISTORY

EDSA Revolution of 2001 (or EDSA II, pronounced as EDSA Dos), the second largest People Power Revolution in the Philippines, has started.

After the infamous 11-10 Senate impeachment court voting result, in favour of NOT opening a sealed envelope of documents allegedly containing evidence against President Joseph (Erap) Estrada, millions of Filipinos flock EDSA shrine and started a 4-day vigil to oust Estrada.
